ASHLEY GANSKI, Business Development Director

With a deep passion for relationship building and creative problem solving, paired with the ability to truly listen, it is only natural that Ashley found herself drawn to a career in business development and PR. 

Ashley began her career at NBC as a marketing specialist which allowed her to develop a passion for media and creative marketing campaigns. Her skillset for creating innovative solutions for clients led her to a successful career as a sales account executive at NBC and Fox. For almost 10 years, she worked with clients in various industries, developed business with nationwide brands and local business ventures, and teamed up with decision makers to establish custom marketing campaigns within their budgets that reached their goals.   

After that, Ashley transitioned to a Director of Marketing and External Affairs role for a Therapeutic Clinic and School program, serving children with developmental differences. There, she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and spent her time not only leading marketing and PR but added operations, HR, internal communications, crisis communications, and building management to her scope for five years. 

Now at Approach, after sitting on the side of the table many of her clients are on, she is excited to truly have a deeper understanding of the challenges they may be facing.  

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Journalism from Western Michigan University. She spends her time away from Approach training her therapy dog Edison, chasing her two nieces, or doing magic at a local children’s hospital!
