Known for her 360 approach to brand development, Faith brings a dynamic background spanning PR, digital, social, influencer, experiential, and shopper marketing to Approach.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Faith is an accomplished integrated marketing strategist heading the Approach digital practice. Known as a collaborative and hands-on leader, Faith’s grounded approach to digital communications has made her a trusted counselor to executives and a sought-after adjunct faculty member at Kent State University.
An agency veteran, Faith began her career at global firms such as Porter Novelli and Edelman. She has also held leadership positions at numerous boutique agencies across the country.
Working with some of the world’s most beloved consumer brands, Faith has been at the forefront of marketing innovation, working with clients to launch some of the first campaigns in the industry leveraging crowdsourcing, influencer engagement and digital branded content.
She has spearheaded award-winning campaigns for clients such as Wal-Mart, Unilever, Kraft Heinz, Mondelez International, Proctor & Gamble, Jockey, The Clorox Company, Darden Restaurants, KFC and The Burger King Corporation. With her integrated background and dedication to client service; Faith is a valued counselor and strategic partner to clients.
Faith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The Chicago native now lives in Cleveland with her husband, two children and beloved rescue pup Lucky. In her free time, Faith enjoys practicing yoga and cooking.
