MADDIE HEERY, Digital Strategist

 

Nearly everyone has a Facebook page. But trust us, not everyone is a social media expert. 

That’s where the guidance of an experienced digital strategist like Maddie Heery comes in handy. For nearly a decade, Maddie has been helping businesses of all sizes shape winning digital strategies, with a special focus on social media advertising, content development, reporting and analytics and influencer marketing. Maddie’s portfolio spans a wide range of industries, including CPG, retail, QSR, non-profit, healthcare, education, entertainment and more, and her restaurant marketing work has earned both an AMA Columbus Chapter AIM Award and a PRism Award of Excellence. 

Prior to joining Approach, Maddie honed her marketing skills as Digital Media and Marketing Manager for Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana, the largest Make-A-Wish chapter in the United States. There, she developed and managed the organization’s digital and social media program, which went on to become the gold standard for Make-A-Wish chapters across the country.  

Maddie also worked for the global marketing agency Fleishman Hillard in their St. Louis headquarters, as well as Aqueduct, a digital media and advertising agency based in London, England. During her time with these agencies, Maddie supported clients including Steak ‘n Shake, Boston Market, Sleep Number, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Manchester City Football Club and Cointreau.  

Maddie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in English Writing from Denison University.
