Michelle brings a deep client services and brand strategy background to the table, having worked in the agency space for 20+ years. She thrives when working in the gray and enjoys tough challenges and collaborating with clients and agency teams to solve them.
Her experience spans B2B and B2C clients, ranging from small start-ups to global corporations in various industries, including healthcare, professional services, pharmaceutical, financial, insurance, non-profit and education. She has worked on brand launches from ground-up and has led multi-faceted communications and marketing campaigns.
She also has a deep passion for brand strategy and built the discovery department for an agency she previously worked at. There, she conducted qualitative research to develop key insights to drive strategic recommendations to help clients solve some of their toughest problems. She applies this experience to all the work she touches by asking questions to ensure understanding of both the brand and the target audience. This understanding fuels recommendations that resonate and provides her the ability to measure success and advise on areas of gaps and opportunities.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio University.
