MOLLY MORTER, Head of Strategic Growth

 

Molly Morter makes good sh*t happen. A creative director, agency leader, CMO, and now Head of Strategic Growth for Approach - her track record is unmatched. She’s accustomed to rolling up her sleeves and helping a company tell the right story to the right audience at the right time. Powered by decades of experience in the automotive, CPG, health/wellness, restaurant/hospitality and retail industries, her mastery over the entire marketing engine rejuvenates marketing for bold, brave brands. 

Prior to heading up strategic growth with her role at Approach, Molly spent her time as CMO of an award-winning national restaurant group, What If Syndicate, opening seven new restaurants and imaging, creating and executing four new restaurant brands.

Rooted in 20+ years of agency experience, Molly has pioneered executive positions at both GOLIN and DKC driving growth and building their consumer practices while supporting world class brands including BP, Walmart, Dyson, Unilever, General Mills, The Honest Company, Hello Bello and Airbnb.

Molly was born and raised in the Midwest, is a proud Marquette University grad and a mom of two awesome teenagers. When not working, she’s racing hotrods with her dad or tending to her urban farm and pop-up restaurant with her husband in their historic church home in Logan Square, Chicago.
